In this session, Graphic Packaging Holdings will share how we automated our finance department and stockrooms with hardware requests. Requests are made from the service catalog and hardware is automatically assigned, stockrooms are replenished, and assets are depreciated when used, not while on the shelf. We saved roughly $200k right away by reducing shipping costs and buying in bulk. We’ll share the fail-safes we put in place to keep our workflows and assets moving along.
